Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in market analysis, loan approvals, relationship management, and business growth through strategic planning and leadership.
Jon Hildebrand
Jon Hildebrand is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He was in the automotive industry for 25 years as the dealer principal for Chevrolet and Ford dealerships, as well as a vehicle upfitting company. He currently resides in Clear Lake Shores, Texas and is a Director of the Clear Lake Shores Economic Development Corporation.
Renee Montgomery
Renee Montgomery is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as Treasurer of The Way Family Foundation. She has worked alongside Stephen Way for more than 30 years, bringing decades of experience and trusted leadership to the Foundation. Renee lives in Houston with her husband, and together they enjoy traveling and spending time with family. She is also passionate about giving back to the community and supports a variety of charitable organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
L. Byron Way
Byron Way is a specialty insurance executive with nearly 30 years of industry experience, recognized for his relationship-driven approach and commitment to long-term, sustainable growth. He and his wife, Amanda, have been married for over 25 years and reside in Dallas, Texas. Outside of work, Byron and Amanda enjoy being with their three children, traveling, and spending time in the Colorado Rockies.
Jack Way
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jack works in the Houston office of UK based International Insurance broker, Howden Group. Jack’s career started in London, England in 2021 with Howden, but he returned to Houston in 2023.
S. Lillian Way
Lillian Way is a Senior Associate in the Middle Market Banking group at Texas Capital Bank. She earned her degree from the Business School at Texas Christian University in 2022 and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
